The KONFORT 700 range includes 12 models with different specifications and operating modes, for servicing vehicle air conditioning systems containing R1234yf, R134a or R744 (CO2).

The KONFORT 700 range is divided in KONFORT TOUCH and KONFORT, based on the display the station is equipped with.
The display can be a touchscreen type, allowing simple and quick interaction with the station, or a standard type that requires using the practical button panel.

Bi-Gas solutions

KONFORT 780 TOUCH is able to work with R134a and R1234yf refrigerants at the same time. In fact, it is equipped with two separate tanks and circuits so that, within a matter of minutes, you can switch between servicing vehicles with A/C systems filled with different refrigerants.

R134a or R1234yf Refrigerant

TEXA’s 707 TOUCH, 712 TOUCH, 720 TOUCH, 760 TOUCH and 760 BUS TOUCH recharge stations can be configured to work either with the older R134a or with the new R1234yf.

You need to specify which refrigerant you plan to work with when you purchase the station, but retrofit kits are available to switch refrigerant at a later date.

R1234yf Refrigerant

KONFORT 770S TOUCH it’s especially designed for the new refrigerant gas R1234yf.

It was built in compliance with the strict specifications required by German manufacturers and it’s equipped with the refrigerant identifier kit as a standard.

R134a Refrigerant

TEXA still offers three recharge stations, the KONFORT 705R, 705R OFF ROAD and the 710 TOUCH, exclusively for use with the older R134a refrigerant, which is still found in most vehicles on the road today. These stations offer the same excellent design and build as the top models in the KONFORT range but are simpler in a number of details.

R744 (CO2) Refrigerant

The KONFORT 744 recharge station was developed in collaboration with leading German car makers and is one of the very few solutions currently available that were specially designed to service and recharge the latest air conditioning systems for R744 refrigerant (C02).

A wide range of accessories
for expanded functionality

The KONFORT models can be used in combination with a range of optional accessories
that expand their functionality and potentials, such as:

A/C system efficiency kit

It performs a dynamic check on the output temperature of the A/C system vents.
At the end of the test, the KONFORT TOUCH charging station produces a detailed report certifying the actual performance of the vehicle’s A/C system.

Refrigerant identifier kit

This device immediately identifies the type of refrigerant used in the vehicle, R134a or R1234yf, and checks its purity.
The entire operation takes approximately one minute. If the refrigerant is found to be unsuitable or contaminated, the station warns the technician and stops the operation.

Thermal printer

It is possible to install a very useful thermal printer, to generate at any time an accurate report of all the operations performed.

REC+

It guarantees the safe evacuation of the refrigerant, whichever its nature.
It complies with the technical, performance and safety requirements of the most important vehicle manufacturers and allows recovering up to 95% of the refrigerant in the system. At the end of the recovery, the contaminated refrigerant can be drained into a tank and disposed of.

Forming Gas kit

It allows solving quickly and efficiently any leak detection problems in A/C systems that use refrigerants R134a and R1234yf.
Using the kit is a strategic solution, since it allows identifying the smallest gas leaks with precision. This is due to the molecular size of the Forming Gas, much smaller than any refrigerant.

Flushing kit

Flushing is the mechanical operation carried out to clean the air conditioning system components of a vehicle.
TEXA offers a kit that includes: a supplementary 6-litre capacity tank with a contamination indicator, a stainless steel filter which can easily be removed for cleaning, high flow hoses with 5-mm internal diameter, a case containing the complete series of universal adapters.
