Simple, quick, smart just a “touch” for recharging

Its more than ten years’ leadership in the vehicle A/C service and recharge field has allowed TEXA to obtain the approval and recommendation by the major vehicle manufacturers worldwide. From the same experience, TEXA has given birth to KONFORT TOUCH, a range of charging stations characterised by exceptional manufacturing quality, designed for all the A/C service operations on vehicles that use refrigerant R134a and R1234yf.

The KONFORT TOUCH range is:

Simple, because its 10-inch colour touchscreen display, the AndroidTM operating system and its main service dashboard allow users to customise the charging operations and start them really easily.

Quick, because the navigation menu enhances the user experience and gathers all the key functions in the main page, allowing users to complete the
operations with absolute precision and in just a few steps.

Smart, because its advanced connectivity allows it, for example, to update automatically, receive remote assistance and connect to other devices, such as printers and smartphones. Moreover, it uses a search algorithm that identifies the vehicle in the wide database by simply entering a keyword, therefore avoiding the classic selection of make and model.

Bi-Gas solutions

TEXA is one of very few companies in the world that offers an air conditioning recharge station able to work with the older R134a refrigerant and the new R1234yf refrigerant (obligatory for newly homologated vehicles in Europe) at the same time.

This stations are KONFORT 780R BI-GAS and KONFORT 780 TOUCH: they are equipped with two separate tanks and circuits so that, within a matter of minutes, you can switch between servicing vehicles with A/C systems filled with different refrigerants.

TEXA’s 760R, 760R BUS (for large A/C systems like those on buses and specialist vehicles), 720 TOUCH and 712R recharge stations can be configured to work either with the older R134a or with the new R1234yf.

You need to specify which refrigerant you plan to work with when you purchase the station, but retrofit kits are available to switch refrigerant at a later date.

KONFORT 707R and KONFORT 770S are two A/C charging stations especially designed for the new refrigerant gas R1234yf, mandatory for all the newly homologated European vehicles. They were built in compliance with the strict specifications required by German manufacturers.

The model 770S TOUCH is equipped with the refrigerant identifier kit as a standard.

TEXA still offers three recharge stations, the KONFORT 705R, KONFORT 705R OFF ROAD and the 710R, exclusively for use with the older R134a refrigerant, which is still found in most vehicles on the road today. These stations offer the same excellent design and build as the top models in the KONFORT range, but are simpler in a number of details.

The KONFORT 744 recharge station was developed in collaboration with leading German car makers and is one of the very few solutions currently available that were specially designed to service and recharge the latest air conditioning systems for R744 refrigerant (C02).

The Forming Gas Kit is composed of three elements:

The Forming Gas case, included in the purchase of the Forming Gas cart TTF 700 as part of its instrumentation, it can also be purchased separately to support the KONFORT A/C recharge stations (760R, 760R BUS, 770S, 780R and 744) in the leak detection.

REC+

REC+ is TEXA’s new, patented solution for recovering contaminated refrigerants from vehicle air conditioning systems.

The device works with the fully automatic recharge stations in the KONFORT range (780 TOUCH, 760 TOUCH, 760 BUS TOUCH, 720 TOUCH, 707R, 760R, 760R BUS and 780R BI-GAS) and guarantees the completely safe recovery of all kinds of refrigerant. REC+ can easily be moved around the workshop, satisfies the technical, performance and safety requirements of leading car makersand permits the recovery of up to 95% of the refrigerant contained in the system. An automatic procedure integrated in the software of KONFORT recharge stations lets you complete all necessary operations easily. At the end of the recovery procedure, you can discharge contaminated refrigerant into a tank for subsequent disposal.
