A new and prestigious partnership has been established, this time with a historic brand in the field of engines for major offshore racing competitions.
Seatek, founded in 1986 and now a leading brand in the world of high-performance marine engines, has chosen TEXA as its official diagnostic supplier. This marks a new and significant collaboration, following existing official supply agreements with other prestigious brands such as Dumarey, Selva Marine, and Tohatsu Italia, further confirming the effectiveness of TEXA’s multi-brand solutions dedicated to the boating industry, an area in which TEXA has been active since 2010. Seatek engines have participated in the most important international competitions, winning, among others, the “Miami-Nassau-Miami,” the “Venezia-Montecarlo” and the “Miami-New York” races.
As part of the agreement, TEXA will provide Seatek’s sales network in Italy and worldwide with its IDC6 MARINE diagnostic software and the NAVIGATOR TXB 2 interface. Additionally, a specific diagnostic protocol will be developed for Seatek’s new 10.2-liter, 6-cylinder 900 CR engine. The diagnostic solution for this innovative engine will be included in the IDC6 MARINE software, which will be released in March and will be available to all TEXA customers.
